However there are some good options with with places such as Grill'd. There are a quite a few Grill'd restaurants in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs, and since I was craving a burger tonight, we went to the nearby Grill'd in Carnegie.
This evening, I went with the Back Bar steak sandwich, with the onion and relish removed and a gluten free bun (I can personally tolerate the other ingredients on the burger but of course, assess against your own food intolerances). The burger was tasty, although the gluten free bun started to crumble while eating it (I've found this often happens with gluten free bread products). Apart from the minor issue caused by the crumbling bun, the burger was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly, which is exactly what you want in a burger place. I think the Grill'd in Carnegie is my favourite one (although the Malvern one is also really good).
